A fruit forward vermouth. Tasmanian Rose pinot gris get frisky with some Westerway strawberries, infused with botanicals such as strawberry gum, meyer lemon, spring flowers and wormwood.
 
This fruity number goes beautifully in a martini with a little fino sherry.
